By using Light of Mine (“the App”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The Service

Light of Mine is a mobile app that helps you memorize Bible verses through interactive word puzzles. It includes progress tracking, streaks, achievements, and daily challenges.

Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU/EEA) to use the App
  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for keeping your account secure
  • You may delete your account at any time through Settings
  • We may suspend accounts that violate these terms
  • Upon deletion, your data is removed per our Privacy Policy

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the App's functioning
  • Copy, modify, or distribute App content without permission
  • Use automated systems to access the App

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account through Settings. Sections on Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and General survive termination.

Intellectual Property

The App, its design, and features are owned by us. Bible verse content comes from multiple translations. Bible verse translations are owned by their respective publishers.

Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and features may change or be discontinued. Bible verses are provided for educational and devotional purposes; we strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee perfection. We are not affiliated with any specific denomination. Report any errors to our support team.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the App or violation of these terms.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California. We may modify these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
